There was a time when the guy who had the most air time on Conserative STL 97.1 was Andrew Baily. First, as a candidate for Missouri Attorney General. And then, once he was elected, he was on Marc, Annie and Mark’s shows daily. Then Mr. Bailey went to Washington and he was never heard from again.
